Overview:
The CMK-632 Luminaire Quick Access Connector is a 2-way push-in style luminaire connector designed for fast, reliable, and tool-free wiring in lighting fixtures and junction boxes. The transparent (or semi-transparent) housing enables visual inspection of conductor seating.

Usage Notes / Best Practices:

  1. Ensure the wire insulation is stripped to the correct 11 mm length before insertion.

  2. Press the lever (or opening mechanism) to open the contact, insert the conductor fully, and then release the lever to lock.

  3. Visual confirmation should show the conductor clearly seated in the housing.

  4. The connector is rated for continuous operation between –40 °C and +105 °C, making it suitable for many indoor and semi-enclosed luminaire environments.

  5. Do not exceed 32 A or 450 V in application.

  6. The connector is reusable; conductors can be removed by actuating the lever again.

  • Supplied in sealed bags or reels (e.g. 100 pcs per bag)

  • Label includes part number, lot number, and QC inspection date

  • Store in a clean, dry environment avoiding UV exposure
