This premium heat-shrinkable tubing is supplied in a continuous 100-metre roll, and has a nominal undeployed internal diameter of ~16 mm (Φ16 mm) before shrinking. The brown colour makes it ideal for wiring harnesses or cable installations where colour-coding or aesthetic matching is required. Manufactured from cross-linked polyolefin (or equivalent heat-shrink material), it offers reliable electrical insulation, mechanical protection and environmental sealing when applied over wires, cable bundles, splices or connectors.

• Installation guidance: Slide the un­shrunk tubing over the cable or joint before making the connection. After assembly, position the tubing over the joint or bundle then apply uniform heat (e.g., hot-air gun) until the tubing fully contracts and conforms tightly. Avoid direct flame contact and ensure even heating to prevent damage.
